Rules and Regulations
- Athletes must be 16 years or older to participate in 21.1km, and 14 years to participate in the 10km
- ASA number to be worn on the front and the back of shirt
- Unlicensed runners must purchase a temporary licence
- The cut-off time for 21.1km and 10km is 10:30
- Age category tags must be worn at the front and back to qualify as category winner
- NO LATE ENTRIES will be accepted
