Step 1: ASA Application
(TRAIL & SOCIAL Runners – not needing an ASA number – can proceed directly to Step 2)
Download & Complete the 2027 ASA Licence Application Form
Please note:
We will let you know as soon as the 2027 ASA Licence numbers are available
2026 ASA Licences should be valid until 31 January 2027
Step 2: Payment
2027 Membership fees:
Trail/Social Runner (R300)
Road Runner MAIN (R495)
Road Runner *ADD (R395)
*Spouse or Life Partner and Children u/18
Payment options:
Payfast (directly online)
Single payment per application
EFT (in advance / upload POP)
One payment for 2 or 3 members possible PLEASE upload the same proof of payment to each of the relevant registration forms!
Step 3: Registration
Complete the relevant TRE registration form (see links below)
Upload your completed 2027 ASA Licence Application Form
Make payment /
Upload your Proof of Payment
Submit the registration form
No submission without upload(s)/payment
